Reservation and Rate Policy - The Lodge has a minimum of two-night reservations for the weekends. However, if you call on Thursday prior to your visit, we might be able to accommodate a one-night stay!

Holidays require a three night minimum.
Holidays are: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

Rates are based upon double occupancy - A rollaway can be added to Magnolia, Carolina or Marsh for $35.00.

Tax - State and County tax is 11%

Breakfast is included with your stay - however, if you decide to leave early or not have breakfast we ask that you let us know that in advance.

Cancellation Policy - Unlike most inns, we do not charge a deposit at the time you make a reservation. Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to rebook the room. This policy may vary for groups, holidays and at certain times of the year. Early departures are considered the same as cancellations and are subject to the same terms.

Times - Check-in is between 4-7 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside that time frame, please call us. We often run errands from noon to 4. Check-out is 11 a.m.

Children, etc. - Children over 12 are most welcome. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the Lodge.

Group Rentals - Groups are welcome! Please call for availability.
